Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the product, without having to give any reason. The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for in Article 59 of the Consumer Code; in particular,withdrawal is excluded only if the goods are perishable or at risk of rapid deterioration.

The Customer is aware that, for reasons of hygiene and to safeguard product quality, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product has been opened after delivery or appears to have been tampered with.

Return costs are to be borne by the Customer.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, without prejudice to the seller’s right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of dispatch has been provided
