50 ml The Sister’s Gin
15 ml Select
10 ml elderflower syrup
20 ml lemon juice
top with Bitter Citrusy
Shake all the ingredients and pour into a tall, ice-filled tumbler, fill with Bitter Citrusy. Garnish with edible flower petals.
