A chic version of the most loved bruschetta!


homemade bread
300 g cherry tomatoes
30 g pine nuts
20 g leek sprouts
Salt to taste.
extra virgin olive oil to taste


Toast the slices of homemade bread. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into wedges. In a bowl add the tomatoes, coarsely chopped pine nuts, leek sprouts, a pinch of salt and extra virgin olive oil. Season the slices of bread with the freshly prepared mixture.
