Ingredients:
(in variable proportions depending on the pot/container available)
Pearl spelled
Tropea red onion
Natural tuna
Julienne raw courgettes
Beetroot sprouts
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Get a jar or container with an airtight seal that can be placed in the refrigerator and proceed by inserting the washed and peeled ingredients in layers (when necessary). When serving, season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
