Salted Egg and Baby Spinach, Brioches

Ingredients:
8 savory brioches (at the supermarket or bakery)
4 boiled eggs
50 g spinach
About 30 g of red radish sprouts
olive oil to taste
salt and pepper

 

Preparation:
In a pan, brown the baby spinach with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Take the hard-boiled eggs (previously cooked) and cut them into slices. Cut the brioches “into your pocket” and stuff them with the baby spinach, the eggs and garnish with the sprouts.
