Flowery omelette roll

Flowers and buds frame a simple spring recipe

Ingredients for 1 roll:
4 uova
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
80 ml milk
150 g diced Montasio cheese
trio of sprouts
dried edible flowers
salt and pepper to taste.

 

Preparation:
To prepare the omelette roll, start by preheating the oven to 180 °. Beat the 4 eggs in a bowl, with the salt, pepper, sprouts and grated Parmesan cheese until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pour the mixture into a rectangular tray about 25 X 20 cm, lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 15/20 minutes. After this time, turn the omelette upside down in a tray and fill with edible dried Montasio cheese. Roll and bake for 5 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve warm and decorated with dried flowers.
